I am new to UK Carton Cigarettes after hearing about them from a friend. I ordered from them for the 1st time last week and the service was excellent. I am in the process of switching from Roll-Ups to Pipe Smoking and have found the details on the products they sell very helpful. I did try switching a few years ago and failed but this time i am determined. I love the choice of tobacco’s they have which should also help.

Love you the service ordering was easy. The packaging is great i ruined the box because the warning smoking sticker was on the top of the box on the outside, on the lid i’ve tried to take it off, but it wouldn’t come off. Which left all the adhesive on the box which I try to get off i know it looks a mess. So i’m really gutted. But thank you

They have recently started using a courier service instead of Royal Mail the last two deliveries failed on first attempt as they couldn’t find the address, my suspicion is they ran out of time, never had the problem with Royal Mail deliveries.

I ordered (online) a nice box of cigarettes yesterday. A nice Dutch selection/mix. A reasonable price.
I received a mail back regarding proving I was of legal age. No problem with that, it is a legal thing to prevent children smoking.
And I received an email, to confirm receipt of my ID, shortly after I sent it, also confirming my order was taken into consideration.
I received my cigarettes today, the day after..
No complaints what so ever.
